Bus is called 公交车. 上车 means 'to get on', 下车 means 'to get off'. Check the vehicle or route number, then ask about your destination. 办理入住 means to go through the check-in process. 护照 means 'passport', 退房 is 'check-out'. 无线网络 refers to wireless internet. 一遍 means 'one time', 慢一点 means 'a little slower', and 明白 means 'to understand'. If you don't understand, instead of guessing, ask them to repeat or write it down.
