Make sure to check both whether it goes to the airport and the stop where you need to get off. өрөө means room, захиалсан means reserved. өглөөний цай refers to breakfast. хүлээлгэж өгөх means to hand over, and is used when asking about the time to vacate your room. ойлгох means to understand, үг means word. -гүй is used to make a negative. Practice polite requests using үү, as in хэлнэ үү or өгнө үү.
