Mission 1 · Continuing a first meeting

This is a review and application lesson where you recall and use what you've learned. Look at the meaning first and say it, then check the answer and pronunciation. This greeting example uses a male speaker's ครับ. For female speakers, use phrases like สวัสดีค่ะ, ขอบคุณค่ะ, or questions like สบายดีไหมคะ. You change the ending depending on who is speaking, not on the listener's gender. ฉัน is 'I' used by women or in close relationships. Men can use ผม in polite situations. Practice changing names and origin, and always add a polite ending appropriate to the situation.
