Mission 4 · Finding the station and buying a ticket
This is a review and application lesson where you recall and use what you've learned. Look at the meaning first and say it, then check the answer and pronunciation. Use どこですか to ask for a place. In directions, 左 means left, 右 means right. まっすぐ means to go straight, and 曲がってください is a request to turn. 切符 means 'ticket' and 一枚 means 'one sheet'. どこで asks about the location of an action. For 空港, pronounce くうこう with a long vowel. ここで止めてください is useful when getting off a taxi; for buses, get off at designated stops.
