This is a review and application lesson where you recall and use what you've learned. Look at the meaning first and say it, then check the answer and pronunciation. 飲みませんか looks like a negative form, but is actually often used to invite someone to drink together. You can reply with いいですね to accept. 明日はどうですか offers 'tomorrow' as an alternative. 市場 is read いちば here. 何時 means 'what time'. 三時 is read さんじ, 九時 is くじ, and 十時 is じゅうじ. The に after the time means that something happens at that time. 会いましょう is a suggestion to meet.
