A rough reading aid, not exact pronunciation. Hyphens separate syllables. Listen first, then try with hints hidden. “eu” is said with unrounded lips; “uh” only approximates ㅓ. Doubled consonants are tense, not extra syllables. Do not add a vowel after a final consonant.

What time is it now?
몇 시 asks what hour or time.
세 시 반이에요
Sound hintseh see bah-nee-eh-yoh
se si banieyo
It’s half past three.
반 means half; 세 시 반 is 3:30.
내일 만나요
Sound hintneh-eel mahn-nah-yoh
naeil mannayo
Let’s meet tomorrow.
내일 means tomorrow.
두 시에 만나요
Sound hintdoo see-eh mahn-nah-yoh
du sie mannayo
Let’s meet at two.
에 marks the time of the meeting.
커피를 좋아해요
Sound hintkuh-pee-reul joh-ah-heh-yoh
keopireul joahaeyo
I like coffee.
를 marks 커피 as the object.
오늘 카페에 가요
Sound hintoh-neul kah-peh-eh gah-yoh
oneul kapee gayo
I’m going to a café today.
가요 can describe going; the situation supplies the time.
