한 잔 means one cup or glass. 주세요 makes this a polite request.
따뜻한 라테 한 잔 주세요

One hot latte, please.
따뜻한 means warm. You can use it when ordering a hot drink.

What might the barista ask?
드시고 가세요? asks whether you will have your order there. 포장이세요? asks whether it is to go. Listen for the situation rather than trying to translate every syllable. A short, polite reply is enough. Drink names and order systems vary between cafés, so pointing to the menu is also useful.
